Manage own learning and personal
development including using time management and organizational skills with the
focus on lifelong learning and professional development.
One should be able to manage time
but it lacks on me due to which I find difficult to perform task on time.
I need to manage my daily schedule and also focus on my subject
matters not only by reading the given notes but also by exploring the topic
using references. Positive attitudes towards work, time management and
working skills will help me to develop profession which results to bright and
secured future.
Work as a development team
member, recognizing the different roles within the team and different ways of organizing teams.
Practically, it is quite
difficult to work as a team. Working as team means a simple mistake done by you can
affect other members too. From my own experience I felt that each member should be
determined and efficient to perform the given task smoothly. I had also
realized it is better to distribute work among the members. Doing this will
help to manage time, and also to maintain the team coordination.
