Blog 4: Areas need to improve and related action plans

Areas need to improve and related action plans

How do you define a word improvement? Focusing on today’s agenda I asked you the above question. According to me, improvement means not only showing your progress, but also your efforts on trying to overcome your weakness, which matters a  lot. It shows your determination towards your work, you have worked on.
There is no one who is perfect. But the one, who realizes their mistakes and moves towards the path of improvement, makes them feel like a perfectionist. After studying seven weeks in Islington College, I have realized that there are certain areas where I need to work on. Not hidden from Sanjiv sir, I need to focus on my writing skills. How can I forget about the course work of programming? Well the coding part is almost finished but report writing is not, yet. I am planning to search samples of report writing to get some ideas. Reading books like essay, biography and related to the subject matters and also focusing more on English channels, will help me to catch up words and the way to use them appropriately. Moreover, I am thinking of making a note on daily basis which will encourage me to develop my writing skills. Forwarding towards the next module named Problem solving for IT. Though, the first test of this module was quite easy but I was unable to do it well. It is only due to lack of practice. Your brain must be active enough to solve the questions like Sudoku, word ladders in few minutes. Hence to sharpen my brain I am searching more and more questions of Sudoku, word ladders and scrabble based on their difficulty level and trying to solve it. Keeping track of time will encourage me to beat my own records and also be able to tackle such questions easily.
Now I conclude saying that everyone is not born intelligent. Hard work and perseverance makes a person perfect and successful in the path they choose to pursue in life.
